If, for a rare reason, your order arrives to you in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing flaw, we will take due steps so that the issue is resolved and you are happy with your purchase. We shall be happy to provide you an exchange for the item of the same value or for a total refund for the cost of the item.

However, Ratna Sagar Jewels Pvt. Ltd shall under no conditions accept returns for products that were originally purchased as part of auction, sale, limited-time offer, strands or pre-packed items that have been cracked or rendered useless or otherwise altered, including stringing and wire materials that have been unspooled.

All such items must be returned within 30-days of the date of purchase to us in original condition. The item must be unused, securely packed [a bubble-padded envelope/rigid cardboard box], bearing adequate postage and with a letter bearing the original invoice number and a brief explanation of what you require enclosed.

All claims pertaining to missing or damaged items must be made within for 48(forty-eight) hours of receipt. At any cost the products returned after 30 days shall not be mailed back to you by us.

Ratna Sagar Jewels Pvt. Ltd strongly recommends that you get your package insured as we shall not be accountable for product returns that reach us damaged, and will not credit you for these returns. Products returned to us in a regular unpadded packet are almost sure to be damaged by the postal service.

Ratna Sagar Jewels Pvt. Ltd will gladly refund return postage if the product purchased was defective or incorrect. In case the shipping charges or return postage is paid by Ratna Sagar Jewels Pvt. Ltd for packages that are not for defective or incorrect items, the same will be deducted from the refund provided.
